Our policy is designed to be as graceful and clear as our designs, ensuring your experience remains impeccable from the first click to the final fitting.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn, unaltered, and pristine condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Ball Gowns (including specific styles for Ceremony and Black/Blue color variations)
- Bridal Separates
- Custom or Made-to-Order items
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the eligible item(s) in their original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). Once approved, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds & Credits
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. If the new item is of higher value, we will charge the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
International Returns
As we serve a global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment. We advise declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially minimize fees. The refund will be for the merchandise value only, excluding original and return shipping costs.
