We offer two primary shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95 USD.
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Complimentary Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Cost: Free.
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original, unworn, unaltered, and pristine condition.
  • With all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Returned within the 15-day window.

Final Sale Items

To preserve the exclusivity and intricate craftsmanship of our special occasion wear, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Ball Gowns (including all styles, such as those for Ceremony or in Black and Blue hues)
  • Bridal Separates
  • Custom or Made-to-Order items
  • Any item explicitly marked “Final Sale” at purchase.

This policy ensures the integrity of pieces designed for life’s most significant moments, from a BRIDE’s aisle walk to a guest’s attire for a Daytime Ceremony or Cocktail event.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and request details. You may use the template provided below for clarity.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the eligible item(s) in their original packaging. Include the original invoice and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). Once approved, your exchange or refund will be processed immediately.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the return is approved. If the new item is of higher value, we will charge the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

International Returns

For our global clientele (serving most regions excluding certain parts of Asia and remote areas), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment. We advise declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially minimize fees. The refund will be for the merchandise value only, excluding all shipping costs.
